This course title is an excellent resource for improving your real estate knowledge and an excellent study guide for those taking the state salesperson and broker license exam, it covers the elements of day-to-day real estate sales and brokerage practices, also encompasses your education experience as well as professional career, emphasizing the selling process and the handling of a real estate transaction from listing to closing escrow and adding elements of trending real estate technology advances.
To complete this course is one year. This course is 45 hours, the student must read 15 correspondent reading segments plus a proctored 100 multiple choice 2 ½ hours final examination to be issued the certificate of completion. Each segment is three (3) hours in length totaling 45 hours. According to the regulations of the California Department of Real Estate. The student must retain/read/work the materials for at least 18 days or more before taking any final exam.

This course is approved for pre-license education credit by the California Department of Real Estate. However, this approval does not constitute an endorsement of the views or opinions which are expressed by the course sponsor, instructors, authors, or lecturers.
Please note that we must comply with the California Department of Real Estate regulations which prohibits education providers from supplying students with right and wrong answers to final exam questions. A student who scores below 60% on the final exam may request to retake the exam but the student must review the book content for a minimum of 18 days before retaking the final exam. The exam must be proctored.

The student must contact the school to schedule an appointment for the final exam to be proctored. The final exam must be taken in our school facility and proctored by our qualified instructor. The final examination may not be taken at any other location. Final exams are provided Monday through Friday from 10 to 4 pm.
A test proctor is a 3rd party (18 years of age or older) NOT related to you by blood, marriage or any other relationship, which would influence him/her from properly administering the examination.
